Complaints and Claims
Submit complaints in writing within 10 days of receiving the product to servis@ferotehna.com. Complaints caused by improper use or assembly by the customer will not be accepted.
In the case of a justified complaint, we offer termination with a refund of the paid amount or product replacement. For damage/defects, please send photos to speed up processing. If the complaint is justified, Ferotehna will arrange the collection of the damaged/defective/incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense.
