General

Rights holder: Ferotehna d.o.o. By using ferotehna.com, you accept these Terms. We reserve the right to change and correct possible typographical/specification errors.

The contract is formed upon payment and order completion. Returns at customer’s expense; item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns accepted at Ferotehna showroom, Kukuljanovo 364, 51227 Kukuljanovo.

Prices in EUR apply at the time of order. If no e-mail confirmation arrives, contact maloprodaja@ferotehna.com or +385 51 502 990.

  • Bank transfer (transaction account):
    details sent by e-mail; processing starts after the payment is visible.
  • Cards via CorvusPay:
    secure online payment (3-D Secure, PCI DSS); Ferotehna does not store card data.

Please enter the correct delivery address. Upon receipt, visually inspect the package and report any damage with photos.

E-mail servis@ferotehna.com within 10 days of receipt. Justified claims: refund or replacement; we collect defective goods at our expense.

With invoice and warranty card, per manufacturer terms.

Personal data processed only to fulfil purchase and support, per applicable regulations.
