Terms of Use and Sale
1) General Provisions
The holder of all rights to the website ferotehna.com is the manufacturing and trading company Ferotehna d.o.o. By using the site and/or the Ferotehna – webshop service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
Ferotehna reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Despite our efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, Ferotehna assumes no responsibility for the completeness and/or accuracy of any data on ferotehna.com and reserves the right to errors in product descriptions, specifications, and/or photos.
2) Conclusion and Termination of the Contract
By placing an order in the webshop you accept these Terms. The purpose of the webshop is to purchase the selected product and pay the corresponding price.
The contract becomes effective when you accept Ferotehna’s offer by paying and completing the order, i.e., by making the payment.
Returns and termination: In case of termination, the customer returns the product at their own expense. The product must be undamaged, unused, in the original quantity, and in its original undamaged packaging; otherwise, the return may be refused. Returns are possible by post or in person at the Ferotehna showroom, Kukuljanovo 364, 51227 Kukuljanovo.
Note: We recommend informing yourself about your statutory rights for distance purchases (deadlines and conditions for unilateral termination under applicable regulations).
3) Prices, Information, and Availability
Key product features, prices, promotions, benefits, payment, and delivery methods are valid at the time the order is placed and are displayed with each product.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). In the event of obvious errors in price display or specifications, we reserve the right to correct them.
If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, your e-mail address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us at maloprodaja@ferotehna.com or +385 51 502 990 to check your order status.
4) Payment Methods
a) Bank transfer to our transaction account.
After order confirmation by email, you will receive a quote/pro forma invoice with payment details (IBAN, reference number, amount). Please execute the payment exactly as instructed and within the stated deadline. Order processing starts once the payment is visible.
b) Online card payment via CorvusPay.
Payments are processed through the secure CorvusPay card system. Card data is processed solely by the payment service provider (3-D Secure, PCI DSS); Ferotehna does not store card data. Upon successful authorisation, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. In case of a refund, funds are returned using the original payment method. Payments are in euros (EUR).
5) Delivery — Areas and Conditions
Where we deliver
- Croatia: parcel delivery (GLS) and pallet delivery.
- Slovenia: parcel delivery (GLS) and pallet delivery.
- Austria: parcel delivery (GLS) and pallet delivery.
- International delivery: parcel delivery via GLS.
- Note: pallet delivery is currently available only for Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria.
Delivery method per order
- GLS (parcels): used when the order meets the carrier’s standard limits.
- Pallet delivery: used when the order exceeds parcel limits, contains fragile or bulky items, or multiple items in one shipment. In such cases, the GLS option is not shown.
Delivery address and receipt
Please ensure accurate and complete address details when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or changes after dispatch. Upon receipt, please visually inspect the packaging/product. If you notice damage, note it with the courier and contact us immediately (photos help with processing).
6) Complaints and Claims
Submit complaints in writing within 10 days of receiving the product to servis@ferotehna.com.
Complaints caused by improper use or assembly by the customer will not be accepted.
In the case of a justified complaint, we offer termination with a refund of the paid amount or product replacement. For damage/defects, please send photos to speed up processing. If the complaint is justified, Ferotehna will arrange the collection of the damaged/defective/incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense.
7) Warranty and Service
Products covered by warranty are supplied with a warranty card in accordance with the law and the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty claims require the invoice and the warranty card (the invoice date marks the start of the warranty period). The warranty period is stated in the product description.
If the product becomes defective during the warranty period, you may request repair within a reasonable time or replacement with a functioning product (subject to warranty conditions). Defects arising from improper use and/or failure to follow instructions are not covered. Service and spare parts are provided through authorised service centres listed in the warranty card.
8) Data Protection During Purchase
Ferotehna respects the anonymity and privacy of webshop users. We collect personal data (name, address, phone, e-mail, etc.) only if you voluntarily provide it to us and use it for contract fulfillment, improving the user experience, and providing higher-quality services, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
