Complaints caused by improper use or assembly by the customer will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of a&nbsp;<strong>justified complaint<\/strong>, we offer termination with a refund of the paid amount or&nbsp;<strong>product replacement<\/strong>. For damage\/defects, please send&nbsp;<strong>photos<\/strong>&nbsp;to speed up processing. If the complaint is justified, Ferotehna will arrange the&nbsp;<strong>collection of the damaged\/defective\/incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are welcome to send your complaints to <a href=\"mailto:info@ferotehna.com\">info@ferotehna.com<\/a>.
